“From September 1, 2024, the Lisbon authorities implemented a new city tax. This municipal tax is \u20ac 4 per person per night and is not included in the total price of your accommodation. This tax is charged for guests aged 13 and over, in cash. It is subject to a maximum amount of \u20ac 28 per person.<\/p>\n
Please note that, according to Portuguese legislation, I am required to provide passport \/ ID data on my guests to local authorities. On the day of check-in please fill out the form that I will provide.<\/p>\n
The Saogens Apartment is legally registered in Turismo de Portugal under the number 8241 \/ AL and supervised by local authorities, Lisbon City Hall and ASAE. This accreditation can be checked at any time in Portugal tourism database. Of course, the best independent proof of our quality is the comments of our previous guests. You are welcome to book our house to prove our quality.<\/p>\n
Apartment completely refurbished, \u00a0is located on the third floor, without elevator, of a building where the facade is all tiled , in Bairro da Gra\u00e7a, one of the most known and typical neighborhoods of the city of Lisbon.<\/p>\n
Enjoy your holidays but without forgetting the physical exercise, you can from this apartment get to know, on foot, some of the most beautiful sights of Lisbon.<\/p>\n
At the top of the street you will find the Miradouro de Nossa Senhora do Monte, where you will be able to enjoy some more beautiful views of the city and a wonderful sunset.<\/p>\n
Five minutes away from the house you will find the Mirador de Melo Breyner \/ Miradouro da Gra\u00e7a, as well as the majestic Convent of Nossa Senhora da Gra\u00e7a.<\/p>\n
Continuing the walk through Grace you can also visit the Church of St. Vincent and the National Pantheon. On Tuesdays and Saturdays can do some shopping in one of the oldest fairs in the country, Feira da Ladra. Continuing with the walk you can descend to Alfama and enter one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Lisbon.<\/p>\n
After walking through the narrow streets of Alfama climb up to the Portas do Sol, a balcony that all Lisboetas liked to have at home.<\/p>\n
From here choose what you want to see first, Miradouro de Santa Luzia, Castle of S\u00e3o Jorge, Church of Sto. Ant\u00f3nio, Cathedral.<\/p>\n
To rest from the walk at the beginning of the street where it is located this apartment has a tram stop 28 already considered one of Lisbon’s ex libris.<\/p>\n
The tram 28 or ‘O Amarelinho’ as it is also known offers its passengers the opportunity to get to know the most beautiful old quarters of the city in a typical Lisbon transportation, giving to know medieval Lisbon with its narrow and winding streets.<\/p>\n
From the house down Mouraria, another typical Lisbon neighborhood, you arrive at Martim Moniz from here it is 1 minute from Downtown.<\/p>\n
At the foot of the house there are several supermarkets, shops, grocery stores, cafes, bars, pharmacies, squares and restaurants where you can enjoy typical Portuguese food.<\/p>\n
The house consists of three bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with two single beds and one with a single bed . Balcony with a unobscured view.Kitchen fully equipped with electric plate ,oven,refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine and other utensils. A Wc with shower cubicle. A living \/ dining room with cable TV and wi fi.<\/p>\n
The apartment has plenty of natural light which provides good energy at home, sunbathing all day, all windows have a very beautiful view.<\/p>\n
Important information to get home,<\/p>\n
– TAXI – 15\/20 minutes from Lisbon Airport (estimated cost 4 persons + -20 \/ 25 \u20ac)<\/p>\n
– METRO – 40 minutes from Lisbon Airport to Martim Moniz<\/p>\n
Take the red line until Alameda in Alameda change for the green line until Martim Moniz .In Martim Moniz you can come walk or Bus 734 or Tram 28\u00a0.If you have large luggages it is not advisable to come by train or bus.<\/p>\n
By train or Bus \u00a0leaves at the stop in front of the eyewear shop\u00a0Alain Afflelou.The street of the apartment is on right.<\/p>\n
I hope that after a day to know Lisbon when arriving home the good energy that will find the help to rest for the next day to continue its discovery by the beautiful charms that Lisbon has to offer.<\/p>\n

For long stays (more than 7 days) an extra cleaning fee per week is charged. If you are traveling with children please pay attention to the level of noise and keep an eye on them. No parties in the flat. This apartment is located in a building with other guests please do not make noise when going up\/down the stairs, not slam the door, always close the building door. After 22pm is forbidden any kind of noise.<\/p>\n
On street of apartment the parking is paid.<\/p>\n
