This apartment is situated in a beautiful private condominium where green spaces predominate.
The condominium has two swimming pools for adults and two for children. Within the condominium has: Tennis Court, Medical Clinic, Laundry, Bicycle Rental, Restaurant, Bar and Supermarket.
The condominium has a reception where you can get all the necessary information regarding the practice of Golf.The Benamor Golf course is 1 km from the condominium.
The apartment has a bedroom with double bed (wardrobe and chest of drawers), bathroom with bathtub, kitchenette with fridge, microwave, oven and electric plate. Apart from the appliances is equipped with all the necessary utensils to cook your meals. Living / dining room has a sofa bed and a small sofa, dining table and a mobile support.In the flat has flat TV with 152 channels and free internet.This apartment has a terrace where you can comfortably enjoy your meals.
An extra bed is provided.
The apartment is equipped with sheets, bath towels and kitchen towels.
Upon arrival at the condo you must go to the front desk to pick up the keys.
In the summer months, a card is given to each guest to enjoy the pool. These cards must be returned to reception on the day of check-out. Your loss has a cost to pay by the guest.

Washing and storing dishes
For long stays (more than 7 days) an extra cleaning fee is charged.
In June, July and August, the minimum stay is 7 days.
This apartment is located in a condominium with other guests, please do not make noise when going up / down stairs, do not knock with the door, and always check if the door is closed properly.
After 22h any noise is prohibited.
The apartment has no washing machine. There is a washer and dryer in the resort. In order to operate them, you will need to buy chips at the reception.
